If running isn't your thang then fast walk and if you can't get out then this is for you:
5 mins spot jog
50 burpees
50 press ups
200 crunches
200 squats
5 mins spot jog
Crash through each set as fast as you can, 1 min rest and into the next. Write your time down on completion.
