Mini PT pack -
These are a cost effective alternative to joining a gym or hiring a full time Personal Trainer. The pack lasts for approximately 2 hours and is carried out in the comfort of your own home and consists of:A 30 minute diet/nutrition/lifestyle consultationA fitness test measuring 25 points of current level of fitness, A simple, tailored exercise programme to work on at home over a four week period.A 30 minute exercise session designed to increase your metabolism and structured around your own space and equipment availability and covering warm up, strength, CV and flexibility. Follow up emails/texts to check on your progress

Obstacle Training Camps - see our post

1 day taster 
Aimed as an intro for those wishing to experience the type of training necessary to take part in todays mud based Obstacle races.  Taster days will cover forest runs, balance challenges, water based activities, combat technique, climbing and other areas dependant on location, mix of class and weather.  

All sessions are outdoors based and participants WILL get muddy, sweaty, scraped and bruised although we have a policy of encouraging participation rather than forcing individuals to take part in activities. You will need to bring lunch, refreshments, a towel and a spare change of clothes

Prices £62 for the day.  

3 day camp

This is for those who have committed to a challenge and want to up their training from their normal daily regime and really be pushed outside of their comfort zone.  The days will cover open water swims, traversing technique, forest sprints, agility training, combat skills, throwing, lifting, team work, balance skills and more - the days may involve freezing water, electric shocks, nettles, brambles, lots of mud, sweat and probably tears!

At the end of the 3 days participants should feel pretty much ready for anything!  Overnight camping will be arranged at a local campsite - bring your own tent and pitch fees as well as a few changes of clothes, trainers and towels.

Prices £270 for 3 days

Mileage will be charged at 20p per mile for travel beyond 5 miles from trainer location.
