Rods WOD. 14/3/2012

Spring is here...so let's do some springing!

5 sets back to back. Active rest of 30 seconds using full sit ups

10 burpees
10 squat jumps
10 mountain climbs (each side)
10 jumping lunges (each side)

Boing boing!!!
